Stash Cleanup

Guess what I did today? I cleaned out and organized my stash. I don't have much of a stash to be honest, mostly leftover yarn from other projects. I always find ways to use them up though. It feels good to be organized and remember what I have - lots of new ideas come bubbling up to the surface.

I dug out a couple of UFO's, one of them, a green sweater that I'm knitting from the top down, I tried on again and decided it has to be frogged again all the way back to where the armhole increases begin. I already have the sleeves picked up on it and it's knitted down to the armpit. It just does not look right. It is too wide (hey, maybe I lost weight??) and the angle of the increases for the armholes is icky. Yes, that's right, you heard me, I said icky.

Been knitting dishcloths, and using the little bit of leftovers to crochet coasters. Talk about your instant gratification! Plus they're so cute and practical. And I don't know when I bought all this cotton but there is an inordinately large amount of it I should really do something with.
